Do you customize items?

What is an item is sold out?

Anything from the Grateful Life Creations brand can be duplicated.  Contact us on the contact page or at GratefulLifeCreations@gmail.com to see if we will be getting more of anything else.

What if there’s a problem with my purchase?

Reach out to us ASAP, and we’ll be happy to work things out.  We want you to be happy with your purchase. 

What is your return policy?

Our products are made to order.  Returns are for damaged or defective items only.  A store credit will be issued..

What is the timeframe to return an item? 

You have 10 days to return a purchase.  Make sure the tag is still on the item. Take a picture of the item showing the damage and email it to GratefulLifeCreations@gmail.com.   Return in original packaging. You pay for shipping.
